What to expect as we make our return to the Pfister Hotel for KidShare 2022:
Responsible & Meaningful Space Making: We have creatively reimagined the space available to us to expand the KidShare experience: we have relocated the registration experience, built out cocktail spaces, expanded seating and spacing, created a new ‘restaurant row’ for dining, and are introducing a new dessert experience.
Vaccinations or Negative Test: KidShare is open to all supporters and guests who are either fully vaccinated for Covid-19, or have received a negative test within 72 hours of arrival on Thursday, May 5th.
Masking & Distancing: Consistent with community health practices, mask wearing will be at the discretion of the guest, and every effort has been made to provide ample spacing and movement.
Guest Capacity: We have limited seating available, and have reduced overall capacity by nearly 25%. (So, register today!)

What COVID policies are in place for KidShare ’22?
Guests attending KidShare must either (1) be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or (2) receive a negative COVID test within 72 hours of Thursday, May 5.
Will I have to wear a mask?
Guests are encouraged to mask at their own discretion. We have made every effort to provide ample spacing and movement to ensure all guests are comfortable.
Does KidShare look any different this year?
- Limited Attendance – we have reduced our overall capacity to allow for more space for guests. Register now to secure your spot.
- Reimagined Spaces – In the past, KidShare took place in only two primary rooms of the Pfister. This year, we will be maximizing our use of the entire floor to ensure guests have plenty of space. We have relocated the registration experience, built out cocktail spaces, and created a new “restaurant row” for dining.
- Guest Experience – This year, we will have a faster check-in experience, more time for mingling & catching up with others, programmed elements for cocktails & dinner, and a new, expanded dessert reception following dinner.
- Online Auction – Building upon the success of the last two years of online auctions, this year’s offerings will be found entirely online. This allows for more free space in the Imperial Ballroom during the appetizer and dessert portions of the evening.
Are there still food stations?
Of course! This year, we’ve moved the food stations out of the Grand Ballroom to allow for more dining space than ever before. Guests will have ample room to enjoy past KidShare favorites as well as new options. Make sure you save room for our new dessert experience!

Can I bid on items early?
The online auction will open prior to the event and all registered guests will receive a notification as it does. The auction is open to the entire community regardless of whether they will be joining us in person on May 5th, so be sure to share it with your networks.
If I don’t feel comfortable attending KidShare in person, are there other ways I can participate/support JCC families?
You can still support KidShare from the comfort of your home this year. Options include:
- Participating in our Online Auction (Available soon!)
- Purchasing Raffle Tickets (Available soon!)
- Attending Taste of KidShare with your kids at the JCC on April 28. (More details to follow.)
